📘 Flexible Attendance Options:
Choose the schedule that fits your family

2 Days: Tuesday & Thursday

3 Days: Monday, Wednesday Friday

4 Days: Monday–Thursday

5 Days: Monday–Friday

Camp Hours:
8:15 AM – 2:00 PM
Optional Aftercare available until 6:00 PM ($10 extra)

Tuition Costs Bi-Weekly (Savings option):

2 Days (Tuesday & Thursday): $160

3 Days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday): $240

4 Days (Monday–Thursday): $320

5 Days (Monday–Friday): $400

Payments are due 1 week prior to the following week, minimum.
Paying monthly or in full is an option also.

Vacation week discount:

If enrolled for the 8 weeks, you may use a, "Free Week" if your child is not in attendance.  Tuition credit will be given once a parent has reached out to us via email (1stpkca@gmail.com).

Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition payments are required to be made through ACH using the
Bright Wheel app
, accessible via phone or computer.
A 2.95% convenience fee applies to all card payments.
Checking and savings account payments have no fees.

 

Registration fee due within 24 hours of enrollment
$65 (Non-refundable)

 

Multiple child discount:

10% per additional child

Lunch: Bring a peanut-free lunch 
Optional Hot Lunch Service: $10/day

Lunch & Naps:

Lunch: Bring a peanut-free lunch

Daily snacks included:
1 snack until 2pm, 2 snacks for children in care after 2pm  

Nap Time Notice:

If your child is here after 2:00 PM, they will be included in nap/rest time.  Non-nappers will not be required to lie down longer than 30 minutes.  State requires a "Relaxed rest period" for children in attendance longer than 6 hours.

Cots and sheets will be provided.

What’s Needed for the Summer Program?

**Please Label everything**

A nut-free lunch

Blanket (children who stay after 2pm only)

Extra change of labeled clothes

A spill proof water cup labeled and filled with water

Class Dojo App Downloaded (Teacher will send an invite)

Procare app downloaded for sign in and out only

Special Dates & What’s Needed:

June 1st & 2nd - Show N Tell Day

1 item for Show-and-Tell that fits in his/her backpack

 

June 30th and July 1st - Water Day

Please bring the following for Water Day:

Swim clothes under normal clothes, sunblock (already applied) a towel LABELED, a change of underclothes, a plastic bag for wet belongings,  and a water bottle/cup. If your child does not have water shoes please provide a dry pair of socks and shoes if needed.

 

Ice Cream Truck Day

(Please send in $2-$4 for your child to choose his/her ice cream)

Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures:

-We use a drop off and pick up line (parents do not come inside
unless it is 15 minutes before or after drop off and pick up time)

-Follow the arrows and cones on the ground.

-Do not block the business entrance/exits please.

-Cars pull in on the far right side and park on the white parking lines

-Park next to the orange cones to the left of the car.

-Help your child get out of the car and put their backpack on them so they can carry it inside.

-If you arrive 15 minutes after drop off, please come to the front door and ring the doorbell for us to open the door.
