Our Parent’s Portal is the place to go for enrolling your child for preschool or parent’s day out, downloading the handbook for your child’s program or paying your tuition through our online payment service. Just click on the appropriate link below to access the services you desire.

Make a PDO Payment
PDO payment: If you would like to make a tuition payment online, just click on the button below and follow the convenience steps to submit your payment. For Existing Users Only: Log into your parent portal using your email address and password to pay monthly tuition and/or edit contact information. Online payments will access a 2.7% transaction fee for debit and credit cards. ACH withdraws do not have a fee. (ACH paper is in attachment below for printing)
There is a $5.00 credit or debit card transaction fee per 2 days.

Emergency Medical Authorization & Consent
In cases of emergencies, Promise Kids requires a completed and signed Emergency Medical Authorization & Consent form in order to responsibly address the emergency needs of your child. Please click on the button below, download the form to your computer, print it and fill it out, and return it to our office.
